Gigya Portfolio Architect

My pharma client based in Madrid and Warsaw is urgently looking for a Gigya Portfolio Architect for a 6-12 month contract which will be remote until further notice due to current COVID-19 situation.

Qualifications and Experience that will help you to be successful:

  • 15+ years of overall professional experience, preferably in a global, cross-functional and decentralised environment
  • 7+ years of experience leading Technology and Architecture teams
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
  • Technology domain knowledge supported by business domain knowledge in one or more of the following area(s): Commercial excellence, CRM, multichannel, analytics/dashboards, data,
  • Design Experience on developing and deployment of large scale, complex application, integration and technology deployments
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of one or more of the following tools: IQVIA OCE (or similar with focus on Sales, Marketing, Territory Management) Reltio MDM, Salesforce.com functionalities, AWS Data Lake,Gigya
  • Certification in terms of Architecture design would be an added advantage

  • Ability to understand complex business process and influence business change to adapt to global norms
  • Advanced understanding of Technology design and Testing techniques and processes
  • Risk management and identification
  • Negotiation skills and ability to influence others
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and by simplifying complex information
  • Good soft skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Strong awareness of geographic, cultural and organisational opportunities, conditions and constraints
  • Passionate about learning, sharing and further developing best practices to achieve greater impact
  • Ability to work under indirect supervision
  • Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Flexibility to attend meetings outside "standard" working hours when required
