Technical/Engineering background
5+ experience within Radio optimization/performance analytics
Must have experience with radio optimization projects
Must have experience with radio KPI's and Performance analysis
Experience from Huawei own radio planning tool and optimization tool a big plus
like:
PRS Huawei s Performance Reporting Tool
Imanager-M2000 Huawei s Alarm & statistical analysis tool.
NASTAR I Manager Statistical analysis tool.
LMT Huawei s Local Maintenance Terminal.
Probe Huawei s Data Collection (DT) Tool.
Assistance Huawei s Drive Test analysis tool.
Anaytical and effective
Job-description:
Radio optimization of New Roll out of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G coverage
Optimisation project of urban and dense-urban
Optimisation of antenna tilt, cell-range and RSI values
Evaluation mainly based on network KPI's.
Customer complaints investigation and resolution recommendations
Drive tests analysis
Traces analysis
Network KPIs monitoring - Verification KPI thresholds definition;
Duration: minimum 1 year, with possible extension
