Square One are looking for an Agile Java Developer with strong commercial experience working with Spring, AWS, Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, Data Structures & Algorithms.
Working remotely
Outside scope of IR35
Key skills required for this role:
* Extensive experience of working in an Agile environment
* Expert level implementation skills with Java 8 and above.
* Long-term hands on development experience in a Java environment
* Experience designing & creating Micro services in a highly distributed environment
* Expert level implementation skills with core Spring frameworks
* Advanced experience working with Apache Kafka
* Experience working with containers & deployment (Dockers & Kubernetes for example)
* An excellent track record working with AWS
* current or very recent experience with Algorithms & Data Structures.
* Previous Investment Banking or Financial Services experience is an advantage but not essential.
