ITIL Incident Manager
Contract - Luxembourg - 12 months - €425 per day
ROLE
Incident manager needed to drive major incident resolution, monitoring process performance (via KPI) and report on a regular basis to stakeholders on progress
The candidate will work closely with IT service providers to collect and assess their requirements in relation to the Clients processes and service management tools
You will provide advice and training to the relevant stakeholders and ensure clear coordination and communication with internal/external IT teams.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of three and ideally five or more years' experience in the field of IT process management and/or IT service management.
- A concrete Release management background
- A solid general understanding of IT (infrastructure and business applications)
- Experience with the support and operation/engineering of IT services
- Communication Skills in French and English (Verbal, Written, Interpersonal, Proactive listening)
- ITIL Foundation certification
Desired
- Practical experience with Service Management tools or with data analytics tools;
- Experience in incident management
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint).
- Practical experience in developing and maintaining reports in Business Objects
- Knowledge in banking industry activities
