Senior Data Analyst (Microsoft AX), Leicester, 5-month contract, up to £550 pd
For my prestigious Client I am looking for an experienced Data Migration Expert for a 5-month contract (till the end of March, outside of IR35) based in Leicester. You will be responsible for data alignment between systems which includes being involved in shaping the migration strategy, understanding the data requirements for target systems, from working with senior clients on historic data strategy to rolling your sleeves up to manipulate large data sets. You will be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, keeping up to date with relevant new technologies.
The role is remote.
Essential skills/knowledge:
- experience of Microsoft AX 2012 R3 (including data migration framework) and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations
- experience of Legacy platform migration projects
- experience of large-scale migrations
- strong knowledge of MS Excel knowledge - Look Ups, Pivot Tables (VBA Desirable)
- excellent numeracy skills and ability to interpret data and spot errors
- ability to work flexibly to suit the needs of the business, including connectivity suitable for home working
- experience acting as coach and mentor to Data Analysts
