Parity Group are delighted to be engaged with a well-known progressive organisation on a large project and as a result have the need for an SC Cleared Engagment Support Consultant to join their team based in London on a 2 months contract.

ALL APPLICANTS PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS OUTSIDE IR35.

Role:

Engagement Support Consultant (part time). Up to 2.5 days per week. Working in close collaboration with the organisations Engagement and Communication lead to create content and deliver key products to engage customers and other stakeholders to promote the Government International Security Centre.

This will include but will not be limited to:

  • Drafting of content for the organisations newsletter and partner newsletters.
  • Storyboarding and production of video and animations.
  • Drafting copy for intranets copy and blogs
  • Drafting content to create an engaging environment within Knowledge Hub.
  • Drafting supporting materials for user experience workshops

Promoting, managing, updating and producing collateral to support engagement. This will include but will not be limited to:

  • Marketing personas.
  • Empathy mapping.
  • Stakeholder mapping.
  • Product and service launch communications.
  • Developing and supporting cross-government virtual community of interest.
  • Design and delivery to support the organisations launch (likely late

Experience Needed:

  • A solid track record in engagement, change management and cross-Civil Service communications working to Government Communications Services' standards.
  • Current or recent experience of contracting for Government Offices would be an advantage.
  • Experience of working at a senior level within Central Government Communications or an ALB (Arms' Length Bodies).
  • Organisation, product and service launch communications and engagement.
  • New platform communications and engagement.
  • Previous experience of Knowledge Hub.
  • Ability to influence at a senior level.
  • Can understand stakeholders requirements and can draw out/anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication at senior levels.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships.
  • Can demonstrate continual learning and development.
