We are working with a prestige brand that due to their constant success is building out their IT division. This dynamic and tech proud team are looking for more 2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst to join in on the fun they are having.
If you enjoy problem solving and teamwork in a very technical environment, then this position will suit you. They are looking for particular experience in G-suite with exposure to other types of formats as well.
Skills & Experience:
- 2nd/3rd Line experience
- Troubleshooting
- G-suite experience
- Zendesk Ticketing
- AWS (working knowledge acceptable)
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
