Our client are a large local government organisation and are looking for an 2nd Line Support Officer to join their team. This is initially a 6 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate. Our client is looking for someone who can come on board and provide second line technical support and installation services for software and hardware platforms including desk based and mobile devices. The successful applicant will handle second line support calls, fixing where necessary and passing any other calls to third line teams and user providers. You will provide routine maintenance and be involved in major project implementation where required. To be considered for this role you will be an experienced 2nd line support professional with experience of Office 365/Windows 10 implementations. You will also have knowledge of application packaging and OS deployment using SCCM
MUST HAVE DRIVING LICENCE.
THIS ROLE IS INSIDE SCOPE OF IR35
