Description

Our client, a global provider of IT services requires an experienced Major Incident Manager to join a larger Incident Management team.

We require experienced Major Incident Managers who have prior experience of handling critical incidents and are able to explain scenarios handled.

Candidates should also be experienced and confident in driving incident management bridge calls.

Key Responsibilities/Skills and knowledge required:

  • Manage Incident Management calls
  • Priority 1, Priority 2 and Priority 3 Critical Incidents have to be managed.
  • On call support during weekends as per the client request
  • Every hour we have to share the communication to all the stakeholder related to the incident
  • Action plan has to be checked and status to be shared by ETA to the stakeholder
  • Multi-tasking required for communication (Mail/Chat)
  • Strong skills in ITIL Process in a large-scale enterprise and mainly in handling major incident management calls.
  • End -to End Management of the issue
  • On-time Communication to Stakeholders
  • Leading, Driving, Facilitating and Chairing all investigation activities/conference call
