Process Improvement Analyst (REMOTE)
6months + Contract
London,Poland, Lithuania, Romania, Sweden or Budapest
Looking for a Process Improvement Analyst for a client of my in London.
Support the Head of Information Security Operations to ensure that work to improve the relevant Information Security processes is managed and well-understood.
Work with key stakeholders for the selected processes to:
* Understand how the process is performed today and how it is documented.
* Undertake detailed workshops to design and agree an improved process.
* Create process documentation, including procedures and swim lane-type figures to clearly show steps and responsibilities.
* The development of exception processes, where necessary.
* Ensure the improved process are delivered and Embedded with the relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate co-ordination between the multiple parties involved in the improved processes, to achieve desired outcomes.
Assist with the measurement and reporting on improved Information Security processes to demonstrate success.

o Asset management
o Threat intelligence response

o Patch management
* End point protection:
o Hard drive encryption
o BYOD approval
o Manual network access controls
o Security hardening of PCs/standard logical image build & assurance
o Anti-Virus deployment, administration & completeness of coverage
* Network protection:
o Firewall rule approvals
o URL filtering
o Network appliance hardening & configuration assurance
o VPN Access
* Certificate management:
o Internal PKI: PKI life cycle management
o External certificates
* EDR: monitoring, response & security incident management
* BAU security approvals eg new software, etc.
