Communications Specialist (Copywriting/Video Editing Experience) - Remote
We're looking for a Communications Specialist to support our global Future of Work project.
This candidate will have strong experience in copywriting, as well as video editing. This is a very hands-on and creative opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Together with our internal Comms Lead, create effective, inspirational, innovative and impactful communication strategies for the FoW initiative
- Develop and write content (eg, create stories) for a number of platforms/channels using digital content creation tools including photo and picture editing tools, simple video editing, storyboarding, GIFs, text, etc.
- Work closely with global and regional Comms teams to execute communications strategy in respective languages and local channels as appropriate
- Make effective use of existing communications channels (eg, Intranet, newsletters, Yammer, Salesforce.Com, Video platforms, MS Teams, etc.) and activate new channels
- Collaborate and coordinate work with the core FoW team, the pilots and the communication teams
- Coordinate the communications flow
Experience and Skills:
- Excellent/Flaw-less English in writing and speaking
- Ability to translate messages into crisp, sticky and attractive communication pieces
- Access to additional resources and knowledge how to scale things if required
- Mastery of communications tools to create video, audio and written communications
- Previous working experience as communications specialist for >5 years
- Photo and video-editing skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in web design and content production is a big plus
- Experience and knowledge in copywriting, proofreading and editing
