Description
As a Java software devloper your role will entail 2 key responsibilities: development of new software products on the platform and enhancing the platforms current products.
You will be joining a team of highly talented Engineers who are tasked with building a cutting-edge platform used by thousands.
Each day you will be able to roll up your sleeves and tackle complex technological challenges by developing and supporting the development of high quality, high performance code.
The floor is always open for great ideas. You will work with directly with the Head of Development, Product owners and the Senior Management team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years developing Back End features in Java
- Experience working withing an Agile environment with an understanding of TDD, BDD and DDD
- Solid experience with AWS and Rest APIs
- A good understanding of how large-scale enterprise systems work
Desirable
- Knowledge of Front End languages (JavaScript/Angular)
- Exposure to financial fields and markets
- Understanding of Databases and SQL
Role: Contract
Day Rate: £650 per day
Location: London (Remote Start)
