Automation Tester (Chatbot/Web Chat/IVR/API)
*Remote working*
We require the service of an automation tester to work within an Agile team reporting to a Delivery Manager. The project team works in an Agile way (scrum) delivering in fortnightly sprints.
Key skills and experience required are:
- Automated test tool experience. automation of software using TDD and BDD methodologies (C#, .NET and .NET Core)
- Integration testing using RESTful and SOAP service
- Website and accessibility testing
- Regression and exploratory testing
- Performance and other non-functional requirements
- Performance test experience
- PowerShell/Scripting
- C#
- Postman
- Selenium/JMeter
- Agile ceremonies
- Security/OWASP
- Chatbot/Webchat -Zendesk
Key Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of project delivery team
- Experience of working fully Agile and participating in Agile ceremonies
- Experience working closely with Developer and Technical Lead to produce a high-quality output
- Ability to test according to the project's prioritised backlog
- Experience producing clear and concise test plans, test scripts, test reports, and defect logs
- Experience executing test scripts with automation tools
- Understanding of Defect management, Analysis and re-testing.
- Experience of compliance with Government GDS standards, patterns, and principles
- Solid Experience in building CI/CD pipeline
- Strong abilities in conducting Functional, System Integration, Regression, User Acceptance, Exploratory Testing, Operational Testing, Server Side testing and End to End Testing
