Business Analyst - Retail environment - ERP implementation
Our retail client is looking for a Business Analyst to join them for an initial 3 month contract.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a retail environment and have experience working on an ERP implementation project.
It is essential that the successful candidate will be able to coach, mentor and get the best of the Business Analysts within the team.
Essential experience:
- Possesses a good knowledge of technical and business resources and uses them to effectively co-ordinate own work
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodology and managing full life cycle of programmes from definition to final delivery
- Demonstrated understanding of requirements elicitation, processes and analysis techniques
- Comprehensive knowledge of the application of Use Cases, Process Maps
- Building relationships between external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver project objectives
- Strong communication and influencing skills (written & oral)
- Good stakeholder management
- Able to coach and mentor other BAs
