eCommerce Content Project Manager, Global FMCG

The role requires an energetic and motivated Project Manager with eCommerce content delivery experience in large multinational FMCG or large-scale eCommerce vendors. A broad range of knowledge and skills in a Digital delivery environment would be highly advantageous.

Our Client's ambition is to continue to grow eCommerce turnover, and they do this by embracing a consumer and data-centric approach in the creation and provision of leading-edge eCommerce content. The project manager will work to ensure local and global programme activities are aligned and delivered. The successful candidate will have significant experience managing the delivery of suppliers and 3rd party service providers

eCommerce Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following eCommerce delivery experience

  • Strong eCommerce experience, especially relating to the critical success factors for world-class eCommerce content
  • IT eCommerce platform experience
  • World-class eCommerce content KPI measurement
  • Some appreciation of tools available for the creation and optimising of eCommerce content.

General Project Management Experience

  • 3rd Party Supplier Management
  • An ability to apply strategic thinking and business goals to user experience research.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and the ability to schedule and manage multiple projects, including working with outside vendors where required
  • Strong organisational skills, able to act independently and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple agencies or organisations to reach digital goals
  • Knowledge of good practice around website usability, maintainability and accessibility.
  • An outstanding communicator, relationship builder and influencer, capable of working effectively with counterparts, of all work levels, across the world
  • Self-starting and able to make significant progress quickly whilst maintaining strong communications
  • An appreciation of the usage of digital tools and metrics
  • Must be able to work within tight timelines and budgets, holding all parties to account to ensure smooth delivery of projects OTIF.

You will work to meet the organisation's eCommerce Content delivery objectives. You will be responsible for establishing relationships with internal Market and Global stakeholders as well as 3rd Party Suppliers.

Written and verbal communication is essential for this role. To this end, we will favour applicants that provide a strong covering letter describing why they are a good fit for the role.
