Change Management Consultant

Excellent opportunity to launch your career with a leader in their industry! We seek a high-achieving, Change Management Senior Analyst to join our creative and dynamic organization.

You will be work on projects focused on creating change management strategy and system related changes to our software supplier onboarding application. You will be responsible for creating and implementing change management plans to drive adoption of new the strategies. Some of your duties will include partnering with cross-functional teams, delivering presentations, and implementing on change management activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for creating and implementing change management plans to maximize awareness and increase internal associate engagement.
  • Assess the change impact and complete the change management assessments
  • Develop a change management strategy using a structured approach
  • Walk cross-functional partners through typical project management deliverables (eg WBS, Issues log, Stakeholder list, etc.)
  • Identify, analyze, prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Create a change management plan of action for each project assigned
  • Create actionable deliverables for the key change management levers
  • Support product management teams in integrating change management activities into their plans, including communication and training efforts
  • Coach senior executives to help them fulfil the role of change sponsor
  • Support and coach managers when applicable to support a change
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities (eg RACI chart)
  • Track and report issues with projects
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

This is a 6-12 month contract opportunity in the Atlanta area. Currently, the entire team is working from home, but one everyone is welcomed back into the office you must be able to go on-site.
REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Change Management or Business Transformation - ability to identify opportunities for change and develop change strategies
  • Experience utilizing change management tools & methodologies (eg Kotter, Prosci or similar)
  • Project Management - ability to understand scope, create plan of actions, and track milestones
  • Experience identifying, analysing, and preparing risk and resistance mitigation tactics
  • Experience training end users
  • Excel and PowerPoint
  • Solution oriented and professional attitude and approach to work
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - experience developing coaching/mentoring/leadership programs
  • Interested in working on projects for enterprise application releases rather than a company roll out
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Bachelor's Degree

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience executing change management assessments
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change projects
  • Experience supporting organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities (eg RACI chart)
