Description
ESR & Workforce Systems Manager - NHS - Chorley - 2 months - £200-£230 per day via umbrella
We are looking for an experienced ESR specialist ideally with NHS experience and the following:
- competent in workforce ESR systems and Business Intelligence reporting, also using Excel to running, filtering, pivoting data and designing reports.
- running reports from ESR such as starters, leavers, sickness absence, vacancy rates, turnover etc. and feeding into corporate reporting.
- producing internal Divisional and Board reports on all HR metrics above.
- an understanding of NHS staff groups and categories and establishment control within ESR.
- familiar with NHSi workforce reporting and had leadership and management experience over a workforce data team.
