Mission Purpose
Under the supervision of the LSAF Product Owner, the SAS LSAF Expert provides expertise on LSAF administration, programming, validation, training, documentation and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration
o Daily monitoring of LSAF and its interfaces with other Clinical Systems
- Programming
o Programming of utilities for LSAF customer (Data Management, Biostat, )
- Validation
o Unit testing
o User acceptance testing including preparation of prologues, generation of evidences
- Training
o Training of end-users
- Documentation
o User requirements
o Functional specifications
o Testing scripts
o Userguide
o Training material
- Troubleshooting
o Ability to analyse problems
o Communication with end-users until resolution
Educational Background/Experience
- Bachelor in Computer Sciences or Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of SAS is a must, LSAF is an asset
- Knowledge of validation methodology
- An experience in a clinical environment is an asset
- Interest for writing and training
Languages
- English:
o able to write and read documentation, userguides and emails
o able to exchange administrative information over phone or teleconferences
- French is an asset
