I am recruiting for a Commercial Manager to be based in Leeds. Local candidates would be preferable.
This role does fall inside IR35 so you must work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract. The rate quoted on the job advert is the take home pay after ALL deductions.
You will have strong experience of category, contract Management and delivering procurement.
Public sector experience is essential.
You will be responsible for leading end to end sourcing activity including pre-procurement activity, requirements definition, strategy development, market engagement and producing the invitation to tender pack (including specification, technical and financial evaluation and contract drafting).
You must also have experience of leading contract implementation and management activity, working closely with stakeholders to deliver mobilisation, performance management, contract variation, negotiation and exit activity.
