Responsibilities:
- Administration, maintenance and development of Clarify systems.
- Main part of responsibilities will be on L2 applications and systems administration, combined with L3 development work.
- Provide 2nd line support (operational) for applications and incidents
- Provide 3rd line support (developer level) for applications and incidents
- Limited development in assigned systems
- Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications; researches, builds, tests, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
- Responsibility for SLA and Incident Management
- Working on standby (24/7)
- Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.
- Works closely with analysts, designers and other team members.
- DevOps style of working (code bug-fixing, small changes implementation)
- System analysis
- Package preparation of developed changes for confirmed release
- Preparation of documentation for developed changes
- Direct cooperation with customer teams
Requirements::
- Minimum 2 year of experience with systems & applications administration especially Clarify products
- 3+ years experience in Java and web application development preferred experience with Clarify application
- Experience with WebLogic, Tomcat application Servers
- Able to support multiple platforms and multiple databases (SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2)
- Nice to have knowledge of FAMOC products
- Ability of direct cooperation with the Customer employees (IT and Business users in Polish language)
- Willingness to create and maintain good relations with key Customer employees.
- Excellent team working skills
- Fluent Polish and English at least at level of working proficiency
