Description
Working with a leading insurance company as a Senior UI Designer you will work as part of a cross-functional team and take the lead on the UI design for iOS and Android apps.
Responsibilities:
Build end to end experiences
Designing interfaces for mobile and web
Evolve the information architecture of both the web and the app, ensuring experiences are aligned and the products evolve correctly
Quantify and report on how design is impacting business and customer outcomes
Run workshops and collaborate with wider teams
Engage with stakeholders and build user-centered products
Experience Required:
At least 3 years of experience in a Product Designer/UI role
Have a strong portfolio of both web and mobile application projects
Extensive experience of design principles and UX initiatives applied at every stage of the design process
Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
Experience in facilitating user research
Ability to analyse user behaviour
Solid understanding of both visual design principles and Front End development
