Oracle/Java Developer - Application Support - Budapest
We have been retained by a global consultancy to secure a Oracle/Java Developer, to provide application support to various customers.
This exciting and challenging project is happening in the beautiful and vibrant city of Budapest and will provide long term (12months +) job continuity and lots of job satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Application Support
- Shall provide defect free break fix or resolution to application problems.
- Managing the support services to meet or exceed all applicable Service Levels.
- Shall leverage tools and processes already in use at customer in carrying out the Application Support Services.
- Maintain User documentation. Knowledge Management
