Windows Support Consultant
My client has a requirement for a Windows Support Consultant to join their project.
Provide technical expertise on the expected scope: installation, configuration, migration, validation, capacity planning, automation, value for money and performance
Perform advanced troubleshooting and latest L3 technical support (incidents and problems)
Know how to write technical documentation
Ability to integrate new components (from study to production)
Know how to define new or architectural developments (study, design, test) as well as standards and operating rules
Ability to work in project mode with different teams (PM, production and development)
Be autonomous to provide last-level support to operations teams in the event of major operations or incidents
Ability to work in an environment with high service commitments
Be a force of proposal in order to improve the service rendered
Have a sense of service, communication, priority management and working with goals
