Role - Engineering Manager (Contract)
Location - Krakow, Poland (Remote working involved)
Rate - £450/£500
Start Date - ASAP
Length - 3 months + Extensions
Our Financial Services client based in Krakow are looking for an Engineering Manager to come on board on a contract basis immediately.
The successful candidate will be English & Polish speaking and have had proven experience in a similar role and come from a technical background.
This position will have 10 direct reports and oversee close to 100 Engineers.
Technical experience and knowledge across Java, Kafka, Node, React & AWS is absolutely essential.
Aside from proven experience managing Engineering Teams and coming from a technical background, a passion for technology is an absolute must for them.
