Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA) - Remote - Market Rates - ASAP - Italian Speaking
I am currently on the hunt for an Italian Speaking Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA) for a leading client of mine.
My client are looking for someone with strong experience defining Architecture, solutions & designs for Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing Module, solid end to end experience defining solutions, designs, and implementations in Customer Marketing/Campaign Management - Inbound and Outbound and with good experience in distributed systems, large scale non-relational data stores, Big Data platforms, data modelling, database performance, and multi-terabyte data warehouses.

Skills and experience required:
- Strong stakeholder engagement and experience working with technical teams
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building rules, data objects, integrations, and activities in Pega
- 2+ years' experience in relational & dimensional data modelling, process modelling and performance tuning of large scale data warehouses
- Strong technical knowledge of data integration, metadata and BI analytics tools
- Experience with Cloudera Big Data implementations
- Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to CRM application
- Experience with Pega, SAS and BI/Analytics/Reporting tools, Informatica ETL or equivalent, SQL, RDBMS, Hadoop
