IT/Business Account Manager - Information & Digital Services - 12 Months Contract
Role will be hourly based - PAYE/Umbrella


Essential:-
Knowledgeable about business unit strategies, priorities, Information & Digital Services processes & is able to link Information & Digital Service opportunities & issues with business needs. Experience of Business Integration

Experience leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) as part of email campaign development & execution. Demonstrated Web development, management & governance experience. Lead, influence & drive organisational change management. Experience with an Agile approach to project delivery & it's supporting technologies. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical language. Demonstrated ability to deliver IT projects working with a cross functional team. Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.

IT/Business Account Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities where technology can be introduced or enhanced to drive better outcomes.
  • Represent existing & potential Information & Digital Services Capabilities, influencing local business strategy & challenge where appropriate.
  • Align solutions that balance affiliate & corporate goals.
  • Lead projects by gathering, refining, prioritising requirements & coordinating delivery.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors on solution development & delivery.
  • Effectively assess & communicate the value of contrasting Information & Digital Service solutions.
  • Appropriately advocate change in the organisation through new ways of working be it, adoption of new technology process improvements to meet evolving business needs.
  • Lead, influence & drive organisational change management, ensuring new programs & solutions arrive' ready to deliver value.
  • Collaborate effectively to work as one team across Information Digital Services, Infrastructure & MCE.
  • Coordinate with other dedicated account facing roles including the regional Speciality, Diabetes & Oncology portfolio leads to ensure alignment & drive towards a single solution.
  • Capture & pro-actively share best-practices & look for replication opportunities.
  • Support new product launches & line extensions, contributing to transforming our business to succeed with a more specialist portfolio through use of multichannel.
IT/Business Account Manager Required Experience:
  • Strong networking, interpersonal, & relationship building skills.
  • Experience leveraging standard solutions to deliver maximum value.
  • Experience translating complex, ambiguous concepts into actionable plans.
IT/Business Account Manager Essential Skills:
  • Experience of project execution with technology & capabilities to support a multichannel, commercial organisation
  • Experience leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) as part of email campaign development & execution.
  • Demonstrated Web development, management & governance experience
  • Experience with an Agile approach to project delivery & it's supporting technologies.
  • Strategic account management skills: research, listening, effective communication & presentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical language
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a virtual (not collocated) environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver IT projects working with a cross functional team.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the importance of quality & compliance obligations
  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
IT/Business Account Manager Desirable Skills:
  • Applied experience developing & selling business cases
  • Applied experience with sales & marketing solutions
  • Knowledge of multiple languages of supported affiliates.
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Experience in strategy development & business planning process.
  • Ability to leverage external best practice.
  • Experience working in an alliance relationship
  • Product launch support experience
  • Familiarity with the commercial business, the service value chain & the marketing processes.
