Required profile
- Strong IT background and hands on experience on leading and delivering highly intensive data driven solutions with the AWS/Azure cloud platform
- Agile Scrum experience
- Good Knowledge on Enterprise Integration/patterns/Cloud Native Architecture/Event Driven Design based on platforms like Apache kafka, Pulsar etc
- Microservices
- Containerisation
- UI frameworks
- Java frameworks
- DevOps
- Have worked on Architecture Frameworks like TOGAF or SAFE and is able to visualize different layers like Business architecture, Data architecture/Applications architecture/Technology architecture
- Experience in the automotive business is an asset
Responsibilities
- Enterprise Architect who can gain a helicopter view of a range of different initiatives as well as maintain a constant focus on multiple projects to ensure fulfilment of the business vision & strategy.
- The Enterprise Architect will work closely with other Architects within the Enterprise Architecture department, Solution Architects, application development team, to ensure teams are working within the guidelines set by Enterprise Architecture team, guide & validate solution designs and maintain alignment with the business vision/goal.
- At the same time, the Enterprise Architect must maintain an overview of data governance topics, to guarantee a high level of compliance with security policies (from network security to data privacy, ie: GDPR, PCI) Activities/Job Description
- Regular alignment and workshop with business stakeholders
- Impact analysis of business programmes/projects on the organisational capabilities, identify gaps and judge it's impact on the IS landscape
- Ensure Enterprise Architecture processes are followed while working on projects/programmes and internally align on activities with other enterprise architecture colleagues
- Collaborate with application teams to guide & Validate their solution designs
- Define and create key Business and Technical deliverables like Capability Maps, Target Reference Architecture, Roadmap and Plateau's, Deviations clearly defined via Decision logs and aligned with all stakeholders (Business/IS) etc
- Capability to clearly visualise and document in order to gain alignment with multiple stakeholders linked to either a technical or business decision
- Team building with the different Solution Architects and IS stakeholders, to foster good collaboration
- Needs to have a strong grasp of architectural principles and concepts
- Strong Cloud solution architecture (specially AWS)
- Worked on High volumes of data processing, including good business understanding and managing the security constraints
