Tasks
- Provide support, analysis and implementation for the deployment of improvements in the Supply area.
- Ensure the drafting of blueprints
- Provide the necessary expertise to provide customer support in different areas
- Provide configuration and support in the following areas:
- Entering services
- SAP-PP (manufacturing management)
- Supplier evaluation
- Store management
- Physical inventory
- Quality control of production
- Inventory valuation
- Supply calculation
- Basic knowledge scanning
- Being the point of contact for collecting customer needs, being able to interpret the need and translate it technically.
- Analyze, plan, follow up and carry out the requested projects
- Ensure that all deliverables are made within the deadlines agreed with the business
- Ensure the technical translation of customer needs by carrying out a functional and technical analysis
- Test the solutions put in place and ensure the quality of the result
- Prepare test scenarios for key-users and support them during UAT tests
- Provide SAP training at the request of the business
- Ensure the updating of training documents and work instructions
- Provide daily support for key-users
- Ensure for all new improvements, projects, integration with other processes/projects.
- Ensure and encourage best practices
- Give a regular status of activities to the team's Supply coordinator.
