Tasks
- Development of reports based on HANA (Webi, Analysis for Office, Design Studio, Power BI)
- Developing high-performance reports within the predetermined governance model and the defined development standards for Business Intelligence (developing & maintaining HANA models, developing Business Objects reports in Webi, Power BI & Design Studio)
- Maintenance and upkeep of the existing BI reports and systems
- Maintenance and upkeep of existing BI-IP processes and systems
- Providing support to the business people both in the use of the various SAP applications and in the application of best practices and work instructions in the field of Business Intelligence
- Building and implementing new functionalities within the existing BI (incl BI-IP) systems.
- Guiding the key/end users and their management in the change process that BI entails.
- Planning and organizing Unit testing (UT), IT (Integration testing), UAT (User acceptance testing), Regression testing (RT)
- Providing training to key and end users.
- Formulating and documenting business cases and/or work instructions for change requests, As Is and To Be analyzes
Scope
- Create new BI reports and modify existing reports
- Performing tests: Unit tests (UT), IT (Integration tests), UAT (User acceptance tests) and Regression tests (RT)
- Training key and end users
- Guiding teams at Go-lives and Roll Outs
Deliverables
- High-performance reports within the predetermined governance model and the defined development standards for Business Intelligence
- Develop and document Power BI/BO/BW on HANA Change Requests
- Optimizing existing reports for BW on HANA
- Documentation of the reporting solutions according to the standards
- Training documents and manuals for Power BI/BO/HANA
- The deliverables are defined per release: 1 release per month
