12 Months - Home based contract - up to £250 a day rate
As a PMO, Support the Programme Delivery team to successfully oversee a portfolio of projects and programmes across the business.
Key responsibilities: Include scheduling key calls and meetings, and meeting administration; assisting with meeting preparation; managing action and risk logs; maintaining programme plans; building project templates; administering the Conductor project management tool(1); and supporting project managers and other team members to use the Conductor tool.
Preferably Degree qualified. Likely from an engineering or technical discipline with elements of business or commercial study
Requirements:
Project Management qualifications (eg PRINCE2) an advantage
Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Project and SharePoint
Experience building dashboards using tools such as Power BI an advantage
Keenness to learn the client Delivery approach, systems and toolkit, and help others to embrace these
Strong oral and written English
Experience:
At least 1 year of business experience, preferably in the corrugated, printing or other manufacturing industry
Project administration experience in a workplace environment, including management of RAID logs and project plans
Demonstrable experience using project management and workplace collaboration tools (such as MS Project Online, MS SharePoint)
Experience supporting and coaching users on project management systems and processes
Proven stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrable track record of influencing and indirectly managing others
Demonstrable experience producing high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders
