Description
The primary components of the role comprise of:
- Helping define the solution architecture for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and its integration with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and other technology systems (such as the Bank's website)
- Co-ordinating with stakeholders across the bank to meet with the consultancy firm and uncover the global digital marketing processes and requirements in relation to email, web, data & analytics, social media, event management, client preferences and next best action/personalisation.
- Ensuring that the consultancy firm delivers on a fully actionable implementation plan
The PMO must have experience with:
- Both SFMC & FSMC, and an understanding of digital marketing more broadly
- Global Financial Services companies
Highly desirable:
- Experience with Salesforce within luxury/boutique/UHNW segments
- 5+ years' experience with SFMC/FSMC
- Strong ability to understand, articulate and document complex concepts
- Pro-active self-starter that is motivated to work independently as needed
- User story creation
- Ability to build strong relationships both with technical and non-technical (marketing) teams
- Confidence to lead effective meetings with senior stakeholders
