At CXC, we have the pleasure of partnering with an innovative and forward-thinking global technology client who is searching for a Technical Trainer to help take client-focused services to new heights.Role Overview
As an ideal candidate, you must have proven experience in the field of Information Technology Training. You must be able to demonstrate the individual training courses you have held and how the course has helped others develop their skills and made them better IT professionals.
The Technical Trainer will perform as an individual contributor on client engagement teams, working under the supervision of a Product Manager and/or Partner, providing creative interactive tutorials/training webinars of our client's key initiatives/deliverables. The technical trainer must have a basic/intermediate understanding of operating systems such as Windows 10 and Server 2016.
The technical trainer will play a key role in the deployment team, as well as operate autonomously on a global basis to deliver training to the wide-ranging list of clients. It is a great opportunity to help shape this function and deliver complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, whilst evaluating training techniques.
Objectives of this Role
- Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
- Superior English-Speaking skills
- Basic/intermediate understating of Windows 10 & Windows Server 2016
- Proven experience as technical trainer
- Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects
- Experience in designing technical course content
- Ability to address training needs with complete courses
- Working knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability/flexibility to work in different time zones throughout the globe
