Description

Harvey Nash are now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Workforce Planning Partner, a 6-month contract which falls within IR35. Candidates must have a Disclosure Scotland certificate, this role would usually be based in Glasgow or Dundee, however remote work is available at the moment.

The Strategic Workforce Planning Partner role is an exciting and emerging role, this role has a particular focus on workforce data, and the post-holder will own, develop and deliver a strategic workforce plan. This plan will inform how the organisation meets its current and future resourcing and capability requirements.

The post-holder will develop a workforce plan which;

  • Houses accurate workforce dat
  • Integrates various workforce data sources into a single point of access
  • Provides adaptable headcount forecasts aligned to strategic benefits deliver
  • Integrates with existing finance processes for budgetary reporting
  • Is informed by productivity, allowing users to make recommendations around resourcing options.
  • Informs organisational underspending of trends and generates insight from current workforce data, particularly around diversity and inclusion.

The post-holder will integrate data from different sources to generate forecasts and assumptions, as such, they will have advanced skills in data handling and analysis, with the ability to design and present Datamodelling solutions in a variety of accessible formats.

There will also be some line management responsibilities.

Essential Criteria

  • Strong data handling and analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems and deliver innovative data solutions.
  • Experience of analysing, interpreting and presenting large quantities of numerical data to support decision making - often at short notice.
  • Experience of developing strong and productive relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to operate at pace in a complex environment.
