Henderson Scott are urgently recruiting a Data & Workload Manager for a five month contract to assist with our public sector clients handling of covid secure workplace management.
This role will see you managing a team of 5, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the data the organisation holds is controlled, assured and managed effectively. You will also ensure the effective workload management across multiple teams who carry out spot checks on workplaces, ensuring that from available data the work is prioritised, allocated and tracked appropriately. This team are also responsible for MI collation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including executive board and government ministers.
It's essential that you have strong data management and analytical skills with an advanced capability in data management tools, primarily Excel and VBA.
Experience in resource and workload management including capacity planning, work segmentation, prioritisation, and tracking coupled with planning, co-ordination and organisational skills and the ability to meet challenging deadlines is essential.
The successful candidate will also require extensive stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
