WIN10 Floorwalker/On-boarding Trainer Support (EUC Resource)
Our client, a global supplier of IT services requires a Floorwalker/On-boarding Trainer to provide support for Windows 10 Migration Project.
This is for a three-month temporary contract to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Floorwalker/On-boarding Trainer/Remote On-boarding for Windows 10 rollout migration
- On-boarding WIN10 user
- Supporting Windows 10/Windows 7 Operating system issues
- Supporting MS Office/O365 defect handling
- Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
- Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines
- Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership
- Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients in the ServiceNow ITSM Tool
- Troubleshooting PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards
Key Requirements:
- Experienced in supporting Windows 10/Windows 7 Operating system issues
- Experienced in supporting MS Office/O365 defect handling
- Basic knowledge of SCCM & Appsense tools
- Basic understanding on Active Directory
- Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications or network systems
- Ensure that work is carried out within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines
- Create, maintain, and distribute reports of progress to senior leadership
- Experience in Windows 10 rollout migration
- Explain and document technical issues in a clear way to clients in the ServiceNow ITSM Tool
- Troubleshooting PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards
- Basic Knowledge on VPN (ZScalar/NetScaler) solutions
- 3+ year of experience in EUC Support
- Experience in handling WIN10 migration will be an added advantage
- Excellent Communications Skills & Customer Service in Face-to-Face discussion
- Good in Telephone/Email manner during Interactions with Clients
- Good problem-solving ability
