Description
Cloud Consulting have an urgent requirement for an experienced Atlassian Consultant (Jira and Confluence SME) to work on a high-profile project for a leading blue chip company.
The role is offered on a fully-remote basis and is outside of IR35.
The Atlassian Consultant (Jira & Confluence SME) will be required to have expert knowledge of Jira/Confluence and the Atlassian suite of tools, and ideally recent experience of working on a migration project.
Atlassian Consultant (Jira & Confluence SME) responsibilities
- Lead JIRA and Confluence upgrades, coordinate maintenance, and lead performance optimisation
- JIRA workflow and projects
- Explore, evaluate, and implement add-ons, plugins and extensions to JIRA/Confluence
- Support JIRA and Confluence access control, usage monitoring, account and performance management
- Develop training material & conduct training for employees on JIRA and Confluence
- Establish performance metrics to assist in identifying collaborative efficiency improvement
