Network Security SME
Our client, a global supplier for IT services, require a Network Security SME with working technical knowledge of x86 based Windows Server, Linux, VMWare infrastructure to join their team in London.
This is a 1 year temporary contract to start on 15th November.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
- Working technical knowledge of x86 based Windows Server, Linux, VMWare infrastructure (additional knowledge of network infrastructure an advantage)
- Some awareness of running a Critical Business Process - undertaking annual attestation and review exercises
- Ability to identify, articulate and document risks using ServiceNow toolsets
- Good stakeholder management skills - Co-ordinating multiple disciplined team of internal and partner colleagues and 3rd party service vendors
- Ability to lead and manage technical incidents using Groupwide processes and toolsets, including undertaking post-incident root cause analysis
- Experience managing change using Groupwide processes and toolsets
- Some experience managing multiple business applications on 3rd party hosted platforms, working with key business contracts to ensure agreed service levels are maintained
- Core business and Groupwide technical team liaison and influencing skills
- Some experience leading and undertaking system and application testing
Experience required:
- 10+ years of Networking experience
- 5+ year of Windows Server, Linux, VMWare infrastructure
