Description
I have a requirement, on behalf of a large government organisation, for a number of Automation Developer's for a remote 6 month contract.
This role has been deemed inside ir35.
ROLE REQUIREMENT
- To support the introduction of:
- Business Process Management (BPM)
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Use IBM Business Automation Workflow BPM/Case Management toolset for BPM, to help manage the full automation strategy.
- Use WDG automation to begin a proof of concept on RPA.
- You will be required to work alongside internal and external stakeholders.
- Helping to put in place governance, reuse standards, processes, etc.
- Identifying and Developing opportunities for automation and exploring the possibilities for applying automation to business processes.
- Developing and configuring IBM BAW and/or WDG Automation to deliver specific applications to business areas.
- Supporting and mentoring business/IT users in the configuration of the automation toolsets.
- Identifying integration points between automation technologies and the wider organisation architecture and working with technical/solution architects to define and develop these integrations.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- You must have extensive experience using IBM BAW to design business processes/user interaction and/or have experience of RPA technologies and how to deploy and configure attended/unattended bots and virtual intelligent assistants/chatbots.
- It is essential that you have proven commercial knowledge of developing business process applications using IBM BAW to an expert level, including business process design, user interaction design, data object development and development of management information as well as defining integration points into other systems.
- It is essential for this role, that you are able to demonstrate the use of a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) toolset and ability to configure attended/unattended bots and intelligence virtual assistants
- Use of IBM Business Automation Insights to development management information dashboards would be highly beneficial.
- Designing, shaping and improving business processes (working with business end users) to elicit requirements and leverage automation techniques
- Any development experience in AWS/GCP to write systems of record and expose CRUD REST APIs/write simple services or define the services which are required to support the automation would also be beneficial.
