We're looking for a (Expert) GCP Architect to assist in the People Planning
urgent start - Remote contract- 9 months
Background
In People Domain we have initiated work to modernize our current Solution landscape with aim to Reduce Enterprise debt, Unlock Data and Untangle integrations. Initial work is to map current People Planning HR Landscape with Digital Assessments. Next step is to consolidate different solutions and integrations with clear actions on how to move towards to meet our future Global landscape. For this work we need to strengthen our team with a Senior Engineer working with Architecture related topics. We expect that this role will drive architectural work from a People Planning perspective with support of our domain Tech and Data Architects.

To be successful in this role we see that the person has expert knowledge in modern cloud architecture, with experience of moving solution and integration to a decoupled landscape without peer to peer integrations preferably on GCP. We also see this role to play an important part during vendor selection process where the client will choose future vendors that align to our Digital Roadmap.

Requirements:
Desired knowledge, experience, competence skills etc
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge and experience in modern cloud architecture on GCP. Ex. Worked with mesh architecture with event-based pub/sub patterns
Extensive knowledge in vendor selection from an architectural perspective
Extensive knowledge on Data Security and Data privacy in a cloud architecture landscape
Knowledge of monitoring and error handling of data flows.
Understanding of application landscape and the Data Technology roadmap road-map and Tech Radar.
