Description

I am currently looking for a Salesforce Change Manager to work on a 6 month contract with a global organisation. The role will be an initial 6 months with the potential to then extend further and even lead to a permanent position within the organisation.

One of the key parts of the role will be to plan and implement organisational changes needed to support changed business processes as part of the Salesforce project. You will work closely with the CRM Director to align across the technical implementation, process changes and change framework:

The responsibilities for this key initiative are but are not limited to:

- Creating and validating measures of success for the change for each phase of the project

- Define and implement a set of recommendations/behaviours for different profiles/roles including director level to follow to help drive efficiency and adoption for the CRM system

- Assess adoption risks and plan mitigation strategies

- Defining and implementing a program level champion strategy

- Defining and implementing a training strategy and conducting certain user training eg train the trainer

- Developing a communication plan to help drive stakeholder engagement at all levels to

- Lead business process workshops to align business groups on new processes/best practice

Additional to this key project you may be responsible for tracking any other large projects within the Salesforce and platform team. This may include projects such as:

- Enhancements to the marketing automation tool

- Enhancements to the E-commerce platform

- Large changes to the company website

- Strategic projects across the marketing services teams eg process changes

- Enhancements to the Salesforce platform
