Job Title: Marketing Associate
Day Rate: £150 - £170 per day
IR35: Inside
Contract Length: 12 months
Location: Basingstoke/Remote (during Covid-19)
Job Purpose:
As the Marketing Associate for the UK and Ireland, and part of a high performing affiliate team (Nordics and UK), work with the UK brand manager leading the continued launch of a new medical drug.
Key Objectives:
Under the leadership of the brand manager
-Be part of the cross-functional brand team in UK and Ireland including Sales, PRA, Market Access, Medical and Market Research.
-Acountable for managing, developing and tracking projects and materials throughout their life cycle including use of the promotional material approval process and work with internal and external stakeholders.
-Ensure execution excellence of appointed tactics from the operational plan with a multi-channel approach, for example: development of digital and print salesforce materials, online marketing campaigns, webinars and national conference activities.
-Work in collaboration with the Northern European Hub brand team to ensure effective implementation using synergies and learnings across the hub.
-Develop, deliver, and coordinate brand content for salesforce training.
-Ensure adherence to integrity and compliance in all that we do.
-Track OPEX budgets for the UK and Ireland.
Required Skills:
-Marketing experience, eg as marketing associate
-Ability to work independently and able to project manage and prioritize
-Cross functional working skills
-Strong communication skills both in written and verbally
-Ability to move work forward
Required Experiences:
-Brand marketing experience from the pharmaceutical industry at an affiliate and/or regional/global marketing level, minimum 1 years' experience
-Cross functional partnering capabilities
-Experience of multi-channel marketing preferred but not necessary
-Knowledge of dermatology preferred but not necessary
