DLP Security Consultant - 6 months
We are working closely with a Security Consultancy client and together we are they are looking for a DLP Security Consultant. This is an urgent requirement with the successful applicant needing to start in the next few weeks.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
* Responsible for End to End implementation of Symantec DLP right from requirements gathering/analysis, plan, design, test & deploy of DLP solutions
* Proven experience in Symantec Data Loss Prevention
* Certified Administration of Symantec Data Loss Prevention
* To work with the IT On-boarding team to assist with the on-boarding of new customers and provide hands-on assistance where needed
* Create a repeatable model to safeguard the customer data, the client already have a model in place but always open to improvement. Execute and optimise the roll-out model.
* Connect and configure indexing service for EDM policies
* Diagnose technical issues, monitor and manage escalated issues and serve as the single technical point of contact.
* React quickly to technical issues and assist with root cause analysis and resolution
* Where logs show policy or configuration issues, the consultant will pro-actively review use cases and provide feedback to the Program Manager and product project teams to further develop policy.
* Assist with configuration and testing
* Drive maturity in processes. Create/update procedural/operational documentation.
