CPS Group UK are delighted to be seeking a Design Operations Lead on behalf of a well-established brand in London. The role will be focused on providing operational support to a team of Product Designers and will require knowledge of the end-to-end Design life cycle for Consumer and/or Licensed Products.
The role will be remote, with some travel required to offices in London.
Role Responsibilities
*To operationally support a design team (graphic and garment/product design, trend work and mood boards), working across multiple Fashion and Home Retail channels in the UK
*Assess the current ways of working and provide recommendations to improve
*In depth understanding of each Designer, manage design brief workload, allocate to appropriate team member best suited to that project
*Identify gaps in skill set/resource, recruit freelance capacity to meet the needs of the client and the gaps
*Monitor hit rate, quality of briefs and report findings to all stakeholders with recommendations for improvements
