- Hands on experience implementing SAP Commerce Cloud/SAP Hybris Commerce
- Excellent knowledge of the core functionality
- Strong knowledge and experience integrating within SAP and with 3rd Party products
- Strong communications skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels
- Ability to work in an agile delivery method with a support team locally and offshore
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment techniques
- Strong knowledge of the digital Customer Experience (CX) sector
- Own the end-to-end SAP Commerce Cloud/SAP Hybris Commerce solution
- Able to perform requirements analysis and perform fit-gap analysis in order to provide solution advice and guidance, aligned with SAP
- Lead technology consultants to deliver the required solution
- Provide solution Quality Assurance (QA)
- Ensure solution documentation is created and updated where required
- Actively contribute towards and participate in the Design Authority, providing options with pro's and con's and advice where required
- Work with SAP where required on solution topics and ensure adequate support and alignment with SAP
- Ensure that any project related work is adequately transitioned to the support team
- Contribute towards the customers IT roadmap if required
- 10-15 Years of experience in implementing multiple solutions covering: CRM/CX/C/4HANA; ECC/S/4HANA and integration with 3rd Party products
- Proven ability to shape/architect SAP Commerce Cloud/SAP Hybris Commerce solutions to customer needs across multiple countries
- Bring deep knowledge of how SAP C/4HANA solutions are able to solve business problems
- Strong knowledge in Master and Transactional data across the SAP landscape
- Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban) and tools (JIRA)
- Certification
- Passion for Customer Experience (CX) & CRM online solutions and keeps up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
