My client is looking to recruit an individual who will be responsible for ensuring change is adopted through the organisation.
This is an extremely busy period for the business, with a vast array of projects being delivered. The successful person will promote the use of best practice, and work with users groups across the organisation to make sure the great changes being delivered have the desired impact.
Key Skills:
Experience of working on IT projects
A knowledge of Change Management
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
The desire to be an ambassador for change
