Retail 3rd Line Support Analyst - HOME BASED

One of our top retail clients, which is a household name, are looking for an experienced Retail 3rd Line Support Analyst to start immediately.

They are keen to have someone join the team who can draw on previous experience in the Retail sector so to hit the ground running and can work autonomously.

They are keen to see someone with a wide range of technical skills which are listed below BUT a big focus is on Mobile Device Management Platforms. Someone who can bring solid knowledge of Airwatch WorkSpace One will jump to the front of the queue.

Skills Required:

  • A detailed understanding of Mobile Device Management products (Preference for Airwatch Workspace One)
  • Solid experience in iOS, Apple products and App signing and certification.
  • MAC OSX and Windows experience.
  • Digital Signage product usage (Content Management)
  • General Networking & Best Practice Wi-Fi Security
  • Past exposure within a Retail focused organisation, having worked directly with in-store technologies.
  • Good awareness of enterprise security best practices (PCI:DSS, PII, SOX)
  • Service Management principles and associated processes, including Problem and Incident Management as well as Change Control procedures.
  • Good problem analysis using recognised strategies.
  • Must have proven written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to succinctly summarise and express the impact that a problem causes the organisation and users.
  • Presentation skills and ability to communicate to every level of the organisation.

Preferred Requirements:

  • ITIL V3/V4 Service Capability/Lifecycle or later
  • Azure Cloud technologies
  • CI/CD: DevOps
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at various levels of the organisation.
  • An understanding of deployment, quality and business analysis best practice.

Experience in a Retail support environment
