We are looking for a desktop support engineer to join one of our prestigious customers onsite in swindon for Ad Hoc work to cover sickness and holiday on an initial 3 month contract.

Key skills and Knowledge required:

one years Desktop Support experience needed -

* User logs a ticket for help
* Ticket is raised and triaged by offshore teams
* If ticket cannot be solved by offshore it is assigned to WUB location
* Engineer would need to assign ticket to themself via Service Now
* Engineer Accept appointment and deal with issue
* Update and close the ticket when done
* Mac or Linux Experience
* Hands on training will be provided by site engineers

*This is Ad Hoc work, hours are as needed to cover holiday/sickness*
