Excellent role for an Atlassian/JIRA/Service Desk expert!

Extensive Atlassian toolset knowledge and experience on a number of products primarily JIRA and JIRA Service Desk.

Any experience with Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Fisheye, Crucible, Crowd is a huge plus.

Must have led the end-to-end creation and management of Atlassian eco-system using DevOps practices and tooling
- Experience in migrating classic to next-gen and vice-versa

Worked from scratch/ground-up and enabled the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Atlassian products

Experience with Atlassian marketplace plugins/add-ons and their selection for enterprise usage

Worked with Scrum/Kanban teams and have a good understanding of how DevOps and Atlassian toolset can be used to support this

Customized workflows, issue types, fields etc in JIRA

Ability to follow and mature governance and best practice while administering and supporting the Atlassian toolset + user management + security + operational handbook/runbook etc.

Experience with CI/CD pipeline, environment provisioning + life cycle management for Atlassian tools

Experience with On-prem, cloud and data centre solutions for atlassian toolset

Experience working with AWS or Azure to deploy and manage atlassian product
