SuccessFactors & VBA HR Systems Analyst/Consultant

If you are a SuccessFactors expert with some VBA skills, this is great opportunity to work on an exciting time with a small HRIS team who are responsible for automating many HR related processes for a large and prestigious organisation!

In particular, there is a SuccessFactors integration project involving compensation and bonus modelling amongst other things. This is just the tip of the iceberg, so to speak, as there many other interesting bits of work to be done as well!

The role will involve:

Being one of 1 of the major HRIS resources within a large HR/HRIS team

To support the delivery and design of the annual salary and bonus review by integrating group companies onto the SuccessFactors platform used by the constituent entities

Analytical support on an evaluation of all personnel costs

Support both the HR team and the wider business to create reports using SuccessFactors Reporting tools.

Capture, validate and manage functional and non-functional business requirements to support process change.

Support the testing phases of various SuccessFactors projects and facilitate User Acceptance Testing

Hep in the production of project documentation including rollout communications and user guides

Participate in system admin training, act as system SME and provide User support during the rollout and post-live phases.

Support modelling tools written in Excel and Access VBA.

Actively encourage process change across a wide range of stakeholders

Do integration work with the SuccessFactors compensation module

Develop and implement data validation tools to automate the validation and reconciliation of data from a variety of sources eg Oracle HR to the bonus modelling tool.

Report building from a variety of sources including SuccessFactors

Data quality checking and improvement

Stakeholder management

Create and/or support automation solutions and processes for other HR processes eg redundancy calculator, AWR related processes, etc using VBA (mainly), Excel and to a very limited extent Access. HR analytics and reporting

You will need the following to be considered for the role

At the very least some experience of working with HR, HRIS and/or compensation review systems (your CV must show this in detail)

SuccessFactors - strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, including Role Based Permissions, Reporting and Administrative Tasks. Experience of the Compensation module would be particularly desirable.

Experience working with teams to accurately document manual processes and translate into visual models.

Good experience of working on HR projects, preferably partnering with IT teams possessing an understanding of basic project life cycle and methodology.

Strong stakeholder management skills

Experience with Excel and Access VBA.

Good and current VBA and Excel (VBA) skills
