£20 Per Hour, Based Swindon

We are on the lookout for Engineers to be available on an on call basis, this could work around a current contract/role to attend tickets.

Skills

Previous experience in a similar role with strong background in IT support
Expert experience in Windows operating systems (XP, Windows 7,8 or 10 Office , Office 365 etc)
Work well with a team
General troubleshooting experience
Experience in customer/client facing role and good interpersonal skills
Ability to work customer facing
